BUYER’S RIGHTS AND RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. All glues and preparations are certified in the European Community and we have the appropriate certificates.

Within 7 days after delivery of your purchase, an advisor will give you instructions on how to return or exchange your purchase. If you have any questions, please call us by phone, WhatsApp, email, and we will be happy to help you.
All returned goods must be unused and still have the original tags attached. Once we receive the goods and if everything is correct we will issue a refund for the amount of your purchase.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the items.
Once the return has been communicated and accepted by the seller, you have a period of 15 days to send us the product to be exchanged.
The customer may return any item purchased from the seller, as long as the products have not been used, are not stained, and must retain their original seal or packaging.
Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email within 7 days of delivery of your purchase, an advisor will give you instructions on how to make the exchange.
In the event that the product is out of stock, or out of our catalogue, we will exchange the product for a new one or request a refund of the price paid for it.
In our LASH ACADEMY MARBELLA family we are taking the utmost care to protect our staff and customers. Since the beginning of the Covid-19 crisis we have followed all the guidelines of the health authorities to minimise any risk. Among other measures we have moved our team to work from home and we have implemented high security measures in our warehouse.
If a product other than the one ordered by the customer is delivered by mistake by the Seller, it will be withdrawn and the correct product will be delivered at no additional charge to the buyer.

7.2.WARDROBING AND EXCESSIVE RETURNS
Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations where a history of returns may be indicative of fraudulent activity. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will contact you to discuss the situation and work with you to resolve the problem or determine whether we should refuse service in the future. While we never want to turn away a customer, we must ensure the safety, well-being and comfort of all our customers worldwide.
LASH ACADEMY MARBELLA reserves the right to define and limit, refuse and/or cancel customer orders at any time due to: An irregular or excessive return history indicative of “wardrobing“; An irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, washed, damaged or missing items. Possible fraudulent or criminal activity.
LASH ACADEMY MARBELLA reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to actions similar to those mentioned above.
